Delete your Strata Gem Sort account

The quickest way is in the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes everything at once.

If you can't open the game, send this form and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

What's deleted: your player profile, level progress and best scores, your coins and boosters, your purchase records and your ad-reward history. What's kept: an anonymous record that a store purchase was credited, without your name or contact details, so refunds can be handled correctly. Store receipts are kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies. Coins and boosters can't be restored after deletion.

We only use it to confirm the deletion.
